Basic policy
We recognize that personally identifiable information ("personal information") is important not only to our employees but also to our customers and should be handled appropriately, and we will protect our customers' information and earn their trust by complying with our personal information protection management system and by handling personal information accurately and safely. We will protect personal information and live up to the trust our customers have placed in us.
Acquisition, use and provision of personal information
Customer information will be collected through a prescribed application form or via the Internet, in which the purpose of use is clearly indicated, and will be handled appropriately in accordance with prescribed rules to ensure that it is not used for any other purpose in the acquisition, use, and provision of personal information, as well as to establish a management system for the protection of personal information in accordance with each actual business situation.
Implementation of safety measures
To ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information, we implement information security measures and other safety measures at each step of the process, and strive to prevent and correct leaks, loss, or damage of personal information.
Respect for the rights of customers and employees
We respect the rights of our customers and employees with respect to their personal information, and will respond to requests from customers and employees to disclose, correct, or delete their own information, or to refuse to use or provide their own information, as well as complaints and consultations, to the extent reasonable in light of socially accepted norms and practices.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We will comply with laws, regulations, and other rules applicable to the protection of personal information in the handling of personal information. We will continuously improve our personal information protection management system to conform to these laws, regulations, and other standards.

The ACTA 2024 Research Committee would like to invite you to submit your written abstract, which will be considered either for oral or poster presentation.
Official Language
All presentations at The ACTA 2024 will be in English.
Structure of Abstracts
Abstracts should be comprised of the following elements, with each section entered separately:
The abstract title should be in initial capital/lowercase, not all capitals. The title should be limited to 25 words.
Author’s names should be supplied in the surname-first format and should be in initial capital/lowercase and not all capitals. Email addresses should be supplied to all authors. All affiliations should contain the department, institution, city, and country.
The body of the abstract should be written using the following headings: Introduction, Objectives, Methods (may include subheadings such as Subjects/Participants Intervention/s, Outcome measure, etc, if necessary), Results, and Conclusion. Use standard abbreviations (spell out in full at first mention, add abbreviations in parenthesis). Use numerals for numbers. Abstracts should be limited to a maximum of 250 words. Only online format submission of abstracts will be accepted.
Use abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears. Please use only Times New Roman font. The font size should be 10. The abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Office Word file format (doc or docx).
